• Fully reference all tenants and draw up tenancy agreements.
• Pay your outgoings e.g. service charges and insurance premiums.
• Collect the rent, pay any expenses and account to you monthly.
• Carry out periodic property inspections.
• Arrange repairs using reliable, competitive and insured contractors.
• Arrange professional cleaning.
• Arrange independent inventories, check-in and check-out reports.

My fees are competitive and yet the value of service received compared
to a traditional agent is much higher –
